Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached .
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- If order plcaed by customer's mistake.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product:
